Since beginning his training and consulting career in 1996, Willie has earned a national reputation as a leadership consultant, trainer, and coach. His experience in healthcare, manufacturing, and retail gives Willie a highly practical view of the relationships between management and line workers. He has presented hundreds of workshops and led thousands of team interventions, resulting in improved communication, increased productivity, and successful management of conflict and change.

Renard has twenty years' experience in healthcare and other industries as a direct care provider, leader, and management consultant.

Dean Sharpe, MD
Consultant and minor genius
Dean was a general surgeon in private practice for 22 years. He received his Master's Degree in Health Administration in 1994.
The former Vice President of Medical Affairs at Cascade Healthcare Community (a regional hospital system), Dean brings a unique perspective. He is a remarkably skilled trainer and problem solver. He is most effective working with the issues unique to health care systems and physician groups.
Dean has facilitated seminars and team interventions for organizational and personal development since 1992. In addition to his work with us, he's on the faculty of the Sacred Art of Living Center, presenting workshops on practical spiritual healing.
